the problem

But the road is hard.
We get distracted.
We beat ourselves up.
And oftenβ¦
we donβt finish our songs.
Does this sound
like you?
βIβm sitting on a bunch of songs I havenβt finished.β
βMy voice notes are a graveyard of ideas.β
βMy process is wildly inconsistent.β

how it works
The Rule
There are only two types of feedback: Positive and Constructive. (Negative feedback is called being a douche).
The Process
Participants share a vulnerable, unfinished piece.
Mentors deliver both Positive and Constructive expert feedback.
Participants get to hang out and chat about each others work, find collaborators, and share feedback.
The result
You learn how to drown out your own inner critic through true community and celebration.
the logistics
